This recipe is dedicated my #vegan #vegetarian #pescatarian and #veggielovers Swap out the cheese for a dairy-free alternative @daiyafoods has some great options or add a "bread crumb" type of topping!

The flavors in this simple dish are so delicious and truffle oil is affordable and everywhere these days. This particular bottle I picked up at @tjmaxx or @rossdressforless for $7 🙌Have you tried cooking with truffle oil? What did you make? Leave it in a comment down below👇
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
truffle oil
1-2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt to taste
Preparation: 1. Cut the cauliflower across in 1 to 1 1/2 inch slices * note depending on the inside of the cauliflower head you may only get a few large slices, so I also cut the smaller florets in flat steaks. 2. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. 3. Drizzle with truffle oil and rub to coat evenly. 4. Sprinkle with salt to taste and generously coat with the parmesan cheese. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the Parmesan cheese is nice and crusty, be careful not to burn. Garnish with a little parsley and Enjoy!😋 . .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ .⠀ #ketodiet #foodiefeature #glutenfree #glutenfreeliving #glutenfreelife #ncgs #nonceliacglutensensitivity #momblogger #lifestylebloggers #lifestyle #lifestyleblogger #celiac #infertility #ketosnack #easyketo #lowcarbrecipes #healthyfats #weightloss #nolablogger #ketodiet #ketoforweightloss #lowcarb #buzzfeast #ketoguido #ketolunch #lowcarb @eatfitnola
