Being gluten free is especially hard when you grew up eating Chinese food.😢 Trying to find a restaurant that offers even 1 dish made without soy sauce is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! Even though in theory if they use this and take out that then everything if fine... but most of the time that's not the case and they just aren't willing to do it. So whats a girl gonna do? Looks like I'm cooking Chinese food at home 😊 As long as you have everything laid out and ready to go, making most Asian dishes are quick and easy.

Heat the oil in a large pot/ pan until very hot.⠀ ⠀ 2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika and cornstarch in a small bowl and mix together.⠀ ⠀ 3. Spread the cut chicken in a single layer of a pan and pat dry with paper towels. ⠀ ⠀ 4. Pour spice mixture into a fine mesh strainer and sift evenly over chicken, tossing half way through to coat evenly. ⠀ ⠀ 5 Add chicken to the wok and cook on a high heat for 6-7 minutes, turning two or three times during cooking, until browned.⠀ ⠀ 6. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. ⠀ ⠀ 7.
