â INGREDIENTSâ 8 ounces of semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, choppedâ â 1/2 cup of heavy whipping creamâ 1 teaspoon of vanilla extractâ Cocoa Powderâ 1-3 tbsp of zero-calorie sweetener @Splenda @swerveâ sweetieâ â * Adjust the sweetness to your preference and what type of chocolate. I used bittersweet and 2 tbsp of sweetener.â â Optional flavors and variations: Cinnamon, Amaretto, Almond, Mint, Coffee you would add1-3 tbsp of extract â â 1. Heat cream in the microwave for 1 minute and then at 10-second intervals until steamy. * You want steam but not boiling. â â 2. In a small, heatproof bowl add the chopped chocolate and pour the cream over it. Add the vanilla, and let stand for a few minutes to soften, and then stir until smooth. â â 3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hoursâ .â â 4. Place 1/2 cup of cocoa powder into a small bowl or container. Using a small 1 oz cookie scoop or spoon. Scoop out 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls, roll quickly between hands and drop into cocoa powder. â â 5. Swirl the balls around in bowl and place in an even layer of a shallow dish. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. * You can also roll balls in chopped nuts or shredded coconut for different coatings. Have fun and Enjoy! đâ
