KOREAN SHORT RIBS

INGREDIENTS:⁣ 1 cup tamari⁣ ½ cup Swerve brown sugar alternative @swervesweetie ½ cup of water⁣ 6-7 cloves garlic minced⁣ 2 tablespoons rice vinegar⁣ 3 green onions chopped⁣ ¼ cup sesame or vegetable oil⁣ 5 pounds Korean-style short ribs (cut across bones)⁣ sliced green onions for garnish, optional⁣ INSTRUCTIONS:⁣ 1. In a bowl, combine together the tamari, brown sugar alternative, water, garlic, green onions, and sesame oil. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.⁣ 2. Pour marinade into a large zip-top bag and add the ribs. Close the bag and massage ribs to make sure the marinade gets in between all of the ribs and they are well coated. Squeeze out all the air and refrigerate overnight or at least 3-4 hrs if you don't want to wait. ⁣ **I like to flip them occasionally to make sure the meat on top gets equal marinating time.⁣ ***I actually forgot about these and they marinated for two and a half days and they were amazing!⁣ 3. Remove the ribs from the marinade and grill for 3-5 minutes per side. Garnish with green onions & ENJOY!😋⁣ ***I suggest grilling this outside as they will render a lot of fat and make s bit of a mess...
