Ingredients:ā£ 1 Large Salmon Fillet or 6-7 pre-portioned filet ā£ 1/2 cup of Mango Chutney (my jar was 6 carbs per tsp)ā£ 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Creole Seasoning to taste ā£ Directions:ā£ 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees 2. Cut the salmon filet into 3 inch wide portions.ā£ 3. Place the filet on an oiled baking sheet and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.ā£ 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.ā£ 5. In small bowl mix 1/2 cup of mango chutney and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. ā£ 6. Remove salmon from the oven and spread 1 tablespoon of chutney glaze on each filet, making sure to evenly coat the fish.ā£ 7. Bake for an additional 5-8 minutes until the glaze has become a sticky coating on the fish.ā£ 8.
