I love pickled veggies. My Asian pickled red onions are the perfect way to elevate a dish. I used them to spice up my Korean Beef Taco's (pic coming soon)šŸ˜‰ Try them and let me know how you like to use them.ā  ā

In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine everything except the onions and bring to a boil and remove from heat.ā  2. While pickling liquid is heating up slice onions into thin slices. ā  *Tip - I like to use my countertop spiralizer or mandolin to speed up this process otherwise ill bešŸ˜šŸ˜ā  3. Put the sliced onion in the jar and pour the hot liquid over the onions until all of the onions are covered. ā  4. Seal the jar and let the onions sit for at least 1 hour but overnight is best. You can add these to salads, pizza tacos.. anything where you want to layer flavors. Enjoy!šŸ˜‹ā  .ā£
