My family loves loves loves Salmon. We eat it probably 3 times a week.. think left overs. Fun fact its the first thing my now 4-year old learned to help mommy cook. Full of healthy fats and so easy to cook why wouldn't you put in the weekly meal rotation? Below was a simple and quick recipe that can be a base. Try adding different sauces and/or relishes to change up your leftovers.
There is beauty in simplicity! Sometimes all you need is a little salt and pepper and the correct technique. 👩🏽🍳 For this dish I drizzled asparagus and salmon with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. For salmon if you get a lot of white around the edges it means you cooked it too fast with too much heat. Try baking at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes for a perfectly cooked filet. Enjoy! 😋 What are some tips and tricks you use when cooking salmon? Let me know in the comments below
